BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT
We recognise how hard it is for families when a loved one passes away, especially in current circumstances in which social distancing rules apply. To help families cope with bereavement we offer ONLINE live-streaming condolence prayers for the bereaved families and friends. Family members will be given a unique link that they can share with family and friends to join online to watch on any device. To arrange a private condolence prayers event online, please contact the Mandir by email at manish@sindhimandir.org or call 0208 450 1341. |
Holy Mission of Guru Nanak (Sindhi Community House) is registered charity with charity no. 1151738. We rely on your generous donation to conduct our events. In 2019, we ran over 200 events and attracted over 1000 visits per month. Our busy centre is open 365 days of the year. We run a regular set of daily, weekly and monthly religious services, as well as social and cultural events that cater to the social and health needs of our community members.
We need your support to help us get through this crisis. As a charity we normally rely on income from events and generous donations from our community to help us care for the building, provide regular events and support our community – but this income has fallen drastically due to Covid-19. Sindhi Mandir has never been better cared for or more popular, but all of the progress we have made in recent years is now at risk. Our commitment to our services has not changed and we need your support to help us through this crisis and make sure our Mandir remains well cared for. We know this time has been hard on many people but, if you can afford it, your support will help us get through this crisis. Thank you.
